Gilmartin has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and supporting organizational growth since joining the company. His collaborative approach and leadership across product development, infrastructure, and operational processes have earned broad confidence from employees, customers, and the executive team.

As President, Gilmartin will continue to oversee day-to-day operations and advance the company’s strategic vision to simplify and digitize healthcare and insurance claims processing. His work has been central to integrating Jopari’s offerings—including Jopari eBill, Jopari Attach, and Jopari ProPay—into a unified digital platform serving both the healthcare and property and casualty markets.
Gilmartin also led the recent development and launch of Jopari ProPay 2.0, an API-first electronic payment platform designed to modernize disbursements and streamline the billing and payment experience for healthcare claims. The platform provides a single access point for payers and providers to view billing, attachments, payments, and remittance information, offering greater transparency, automation, and workflow efficiency.
