Accomplished Industry Veteran Satrajit Misra Joins QT Imaging as Chief Commercial Officer

NOVATO, Calif. — QT Imaging Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: QTIH), a medical device company focused on advancing breast health through radiation-free imaging technology, announced the appointment of Satrajit Misra as chief commercial officer.

Mr. Misra’s appointment reflects the company’s focus on commercial growth and broader access to its radiation-free, contrast-free, and compression-free breast imaging solutions.

Mr. Misra brings nearly thirty years of leadership experience across radiology, oncology, and molecular imaging. He most recently served as executive senior vice president and chief sales and marketing officer at Canon Medical Systems USA. Before joining Canon in 2012, he served as head of business development and marketing at Philips and director of business management at Siemens Healthcare.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in applied physics from the University of Calcutta, attended the University of Leeds School of Business and Economic Studies, and completed a negotiation program at Harvard Business School.

In his new role at QT Imaging, Mr. Misra will lead commercial expansion and clinical partnerships, with a focus on positioning the company’s technology as a preferred modality for supplemental screening and biomarker-driven precision diagnostics.
