BOSTON, Mass. — VideaHealth, a leading dental AI platform, has appointed Austen Asadorian as Chief Revenue Officer. With nearly two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing organizations, Asadorian will oversee all revenue functions—including sales, partnerships, and customer success—as the company enters its next phase of growth and innovation.

Asadorian previously held senior leadership roles at brands such as Peloton, SevenRooms, and FranConnect. In those positions, he developed global go-to-market strategies, aligned teams around measurable outcomes, and drove sustained growth across enterprise and multi-location markets. He emphasizes operational clarity, strong culture, and delivering value at scale.

“AI is already part of our daily lives – at home, at work, and across nearly every industry, but it still hasn’t meaningfully reached the dental chair,” Asadorian said. “That’s the gap we’re closing. My focus is on scaling our commercial organization with discipline and precision so we can help clinicians achieve the outcomes that matter most. When dentists have the right intelligence at their fingertips, they can deliver what truly counts: the best patient care and experience.”

VideaHealth has rapidly become one of North America’s fastest-growing dental AI platforms, with 35 FDA-cleared detections, partnerships with eight of the ten largest dental service organizations in the U.S., and a growing network of more than 50,000 clinicians. The company’s next stage of expansion aims to deepen adoption of its connected intelligence platform, broaden its product suite, and enhance customer success and partnerships to deliver clinical and financial value at scale.

“As the industry faces margin pressure, rising costs, and staffing challenges, the traditional growth levers are no longer sustainable,” Asadorian added. “The opportunity to scale already exists inside every practice. The patients are there, and the care is there, but it’s not consistently identified, communicated, or completed. That’s what excites me about VideaHealth. We close that gap by turning data and imaging into intelligence that helps dentists deliver better care, streamline operations, and protect profitability.”

“Austen’s experience scaling high-growth organizations and building disciplined commercial frameworks will be invaluable as VideaHealth advances its next phase,” said Florian Hillen, CEO of VideaHealth. “His leadership and passion for improving patient care align perfectly with our mission to make AI an integral part of modern dentistry.”
