BOSTON — Tolion Health AI, a digital health company specializing in personalized and preventive brain health solutions, announced the launch of its flagship mobile application, Tolion Brain Coach, now available in the United States on the Apple App Store. The company said the AI-powered app will be free to use, with the goal of expanding access to proactive cognitive-health tools rooted in current neuroscience.
Tolion Brain Coach provides users with daily science-based recommendations designed to enhance cognitive performance and reduce dementia risk. The app integrates AI analytics, wearable-device inputs, and a medical knowledge engine to tailor guidance for each user. Tolion is also launching a series of online educational webinars for people at increased risk for Alzheimer’s disease, including those with genetic or lifestyle risk factors, offering prevention strategies and support for using the app effectively.
“The launch of Tolion Brain Coach introduces Tolion’s advanced science and technology to a broad audience focused on brain health,” said Martin Tolar, MD, PhD, Founder and Director of Tolion Health AI. “Tolion Brain Coach integrates AI-based analytics, wearable device data from industry leaders such as Garmin, and a medical knowledge engine to deliver tailored recommendations for cognitive improvement. Translating recent research into practical steps helps users prevent cognitive decline, stay mentally sharp, and lead healthier lives. With Tolion, prevention is both possible and personal.”
Tolion Brain Coach combines AI-driven behavioral analytics with integration of data from Garmin wearables to deliver individualized recommendations related to sleep, stress, activity and daily brain-health habits. The app is available through the Apple App Store and is currently compatible with Garmin devices. Tolion plans to expand support to Android and additional wearables in 2026.
“Tolion Health AI is not only building a breakthrough product but shaping a future where proactive brain health is practical, scalable and global,” said Gregory J. Moore, MD, PhD, Strategic Advisor to Tolion and former Corporate Vice President of Health & Life Sciences at Microsoft and Google. “The best time to protect your brain was twenty years ago; the second-best time is today.”
To broaden public outreach, Tolion Health AI is partnering with mixed martial arts champion Jiří Procházka to promote proactive brain-health practices among high-risk groups, including those exposed to traumatic brain injury. The company is also working with Garmin to expand wearable-driven behavioral insights.
“Personalized lifestyle recommendations have the potential to significantly enhance health, well-being and longevity,” said Ing. Jaroslav Lískovec, CEO of Tolion Health CZ s.r.o. “Tolion Brain Coach is available at no cost, increasing accessibility to dementia prevention and addressing the annual care expenditure of $384 billion in the United States.”
