MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — beBright, a doctor-founded and doctor-led dual-specialty support organization focused on integrated pediatric and orthodontic care, announced that Jeff Komoroski has been appointed chief financial officer, effective December 1. Komoroski brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations, including senior leadership roles within large, multi-site healthcare organizations.
Komoroski has spent the past 12 years in executive roles across high-growth healthcare groups, serving as CFO for a 300-plus-location urgent care network and a 45-location primary and immediate care group. He is known for strengthening financial performance, guiding strategic expansion and building high-performing teams in both public and private company settings. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

As CFO, Komoroski will help guide beBright’s continued investment in strengthening financial and operational infrastructure, enhancing analytics and reporting tools, supporting expansion of the POP integrated pediatric and orthodontic care model and aligning financial strategy with the organization’s mission of partnership, clinical excellence and patient-centered innovation.
beBright also announced that outgoing CFO Michael Polcyn will retire at the end of the year. The company recognized his contributions during a period of rapid growth, including strengthening the finance function and supporting key initiatives, and extended its best wishes for his retirement.
