CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — ConcertAI, an oncology real-world evidence and AI SaaS technology company, has appointed Missy Jerome as its chief people officer, the company announced.
Jerome will oversee workforce design and lead transformation across talent, leadership, culture, and systems as the company expands across AI and life sciences. Her role includes attracting top talent and building high-performance teams across technology and healthcare disciplines.
She will also be responsible for scaling ConcertAI’s people and organizational strategy to support its growth, while strengthening employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience. The position includes developing organizational structures to support the company’s global expansion and reinforcing a culture focused on collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.

Jerome brings nearly 15 years of human resources leadership experience, including roles at healthcare and health technology companies such as athenahealth and Signature Healthcare. Most recently, she served as chief people officer at Commonwealth Financial Network, where she led HR programs aimed at improving employee engagement, supporting the employee lifecycle, and driving organizational performance.
